Notes / Requirements

• Call out the banded side on the part label.
• First dowel is 25.4 mm from the reference face (front, or top where noted).
• On-center spacing is 64 mm or 96 mm per condition, for optimal drilling.
• Offset dowels 9 mm from the outside face on ¾″ parts; adjustable on thicker parts, never centered.
• Dowels are 8 mm × 30 mm, water-activated glue.
• Milling depth: 12 mm vertical, 20 mm horizontal.
